Kristin Zoernig, bassist, performs regularly on both historical and modern bass. She has enjoyed long -standing engagements with Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra, Cantata Collective, and California Symphony, among many other fine ensembles. Kristin is a faculty member of the Berwick Academy, and plays continuo in the Baroque orchestra of the Oregon Bach Festival. She teaches privately, and has provided coaching for the Juilliard 415 Program, San Francisco Conservatory of Music Early Music Department, the San Francisco Early Music Society’s Classical Workshop, and elsewhere. She enjoys collaborations on everything from the earliest Classical music to hot off the press Contemporary, as soloist, continuo player, chamber musician, and orchestral bassist.
