Sacramento Baroque Soloists' 11th season!

Sacramento Baroque Soloists presents our 11th season with four subscription concerts.  Each concert evokes an earlier era, a few hours in which you may experience the pure emotions of the spirit of the Baroque. Our season opens in October with an autumn's evening of "Musick From the King's Court." Our "Winter's Eve" concert follows in December, highlighting the traditions of the solstice. In January, our continuo cellist Michael Lawson leads an intimate concert of cello music to warm the depths of winter. In March, we celebrate the return of spring with the return of our large-ensemble "Concerti Grossi!"

We perform our concerts on Saturday evenings in the beautiful historic spaces of either St. Paul's Episcopal Church or St. John's Lutheran Church in downtown Sacramento; we perform our Sunday matinées in the light-filled Stegmann Hall at Rudolf Steiner College in Fair Oaks. We have added a Friday evening concert in December to accommodate our growing audience.

    • The March 10th concert was fantastic. And Lisa, the program notes were outstanding. I hope to attend your next program series. Keep up the great work.

    • Where have you been the last 9 years? How did I not know you are here? Most excellent concert tonight, the Concerti Grossi. I will definitely hear you again!

    • My daughter and I went to your Winter's Eve Concert last year at St. Paul's. Can't wait to see you all again this year; such a treat! Congrats on your 10th Aniv.

    • Congratulations on your 10th Anniversary! We've been supporting you from the beginning and look forward to enjoying many more years of superb music.
